As the staff continues to work on the program and meeting families and children, the work on the building continues apace. We plan to open on June 1, so much is being done to get everything ready. Special thanks goes to board member and architect Andres Toome for his great designs, oversight and hard labor at the building.

Tile is going into the two bathrooms we’ve created:

The ventilation system is complicated and much needed:

In the bowels of the building, we’ve replaced the old heating system with computer controlled mixing valves.

And because we’ll add insulation to the outside of the building later, we’re resetting all the windows so they’ll fit with the new design.
